  • This is family owned Guesthouse. Owners speak excellent English and they are so nice and sweet. We recently stayed there for one night , we got our own private room, nice semi Japanese style room. They showed us how to get around in Osaka area and gave us recommendation for our next destination in Kyoto. It's located in local arcade so there is lots of food option and close to 3 different train station. Easy access to tourist attraction too.

  • I absolutely loved staying here. The family that owns the hostel speaks wonderful English, was super helpful, and gave me tons of tips for taking the subway and finding cool things to do in Osaka. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

  • Nice location north in the city but close to train and subway. Very quiet area with no traffic. The hostel is in a roofed shopping street with a lot of restaurants and bakeries. Would go there again :-)

  • Fantastic hostel! The rooms were big, clean and cheap. Facilities were really good to, nice big commonroom and kitchen, good showers, cheap laundry etc. But the thing that really stood out - and made our stay memorable is the Staff! Thank you Koji and Taeko, for helping the confused swedes out, and being really really nice! located a bit from the center of Osaka, but the subway is really really close and convenient (and the vincinity of the hostel is quite nice, too) :)

  • The Guesthouse Caminoro offers an authentic Japanese experience in Osaka. It's location can be a little difficult for people who want to see more touristy areas of Osaka. But for those wanting an affordable, quiet, neighborly view of Osaka. This is your place! The place is very clean and comfortable just be ready to climb steep Japanese stairs if you have heavy luggage (like i did). It is a family run place and one of the nicest couples you will ever meet. I was treated like a guest of honor! They checked me in very late in the evening and helped me make contact with a friend in Nagoya. They even helped me book a bus ride all the way to Tokyo. You really can't ask for more helpful and trusting hosts at a hostel. You will be well take care of!

  • Very clean, quiet environment. As they said you can experience real Japanese life here, there are restaurant, convenience store, supermarket, pharmacy, train station around here, very convenient, isn't it? The most important: the owners are very kind, friendly, and they can give you many helpful recommendations. Although it looks a little bit far from downtown, it doesn't matter. Cause it's near station, and you may buy a subway one day pass. I'm sure that next time I went to Osaka, I will book the
