Hôtel Champ-de-Mars in Sligo, Canada

I have enjoyed my 3 day stay in this hotel: the staff was friendly and warmful. The little problems I had were about the Internet connection which was very poor on the 3rd floor I did not know there were no elevator in the hotel, so I had to carry my heavy bag upstairs there is no bus stop really close to the hotel, so we have to walk 10 min. to reach it. I will never ever recommend this website to anyone.It takes three days to be in contact with a representative from the agency. There is no phone number on the website. I was unable to properly cancel my reservation due to the time it took to get a response from an agent, and I now lost out on $20 because my deposit did not carry over to the new reservation I had to make with the hostel directly.There is no communication between the hostel and website, and no communication between the customer an Stacey, from USA ~ 2nd Jun 2011
