great location, 1-2 minutes walk to metro station, walking distance to prudential center. But it is too noisy at night, due to its busy and convenient location to the busy center, I heard people yelling outside even at 3-4am. And the hot water in bathroom didnt function well. I have been in several hostels so far, but this one H.I. Boston was really the best. Very very clean, extremly friendly service, fine brkfst and great location. Even Hotel staff made for us superb sport walk to bowling and we had really good time and no charge on bowling. Simply I need to return back. We were very impressed with our stay overall. From Chris who checked us in, to all other staff we came into contact with throughout our stay! Everyone was so helpful. The hostel was very secure, the staff were always checking receipts upon entry. The location was perfect whether we were walking or taking some form of transportation. They had a lot of group outings planned. The hostel was also kept very clean. Thank you for everything. I would definately come back and stay here next time.
