staff were really nice and friendly, rooms were spacious (no one else checked into mine, so a 4 bed place to myself!) Not the best night's sleep ever (road noise and itchy sheets,)plus was a little grotty, but would consider staying there again.

The phone network doesn't work. it is really drove crazy. It will be great if sheets changed every day. it doesn't matter hotel or hostel it must be clean anywhere.

Excellent location for a visit to Fenway Park. Newbury street is also right around the corner. Worn out place but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They really should offer recycling in the lobby.

The physical condition of the hostel was not very good. The single blanket provided was too thin, even for summer. The staff did not voluntarily provide information on facilities within the hostel such as tv room, recreational areas and laundry.

It does not make any sense that you cannot hand in your key when leaving the hostel - there are also people in the reception, and an ID check can easliy be implemented prior to handing out the keys again!
