It isn't the Grand Hyatt, but it is clean, and friendly, in a great public transit location, the staff is friendly without being fake, and I felt safe and very happy. Even the guests I ran into were very good characters, a feeling of good will.

This is a pretty standard and boring hostel. There was no kitchen, only two mini-fridges and two microwaves. The vending machines were out of order most of the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful though the brochure they gave me for this particular hostel was actually for the H.I. hostel on Hemenway street. This was confusing and misleading. From all this I gather that this is a fairly new hostel and the kinks are still being worked out. Despite that, I had a good stay and would recommend this hostel (though it's more like a hotel).

Nothing fancy, just your standard college dorm. But the location is good, the staff is nice, and we felt pretty safe and secure. Having our own bathroom was pretty nice as well. Great value for those wanting to visit Boston and stay for cheap!

The Cafe should continue to open for business for summer. 17July happens to be the last day of business for the cafe. The conditions of the dormitory needs improvement. I need to slam the door in order for it to close properly.

Hi. I think there were too many people at the reception. And that makes the people, who had questions, feeling often unaxcepted. So, we don't know, why 5 people are at the entery...
A well placed hostel, a 5 minute walk from the Fenway (baseball stadium) but the cleaner was more helpful to me than the staff.
Good location, 2 minutes from Kenmore T stop. Next to a lot of places to eat.Clean enough. Internet access for 2 $. Big room ensuite.Hot water. Breakfast not included. I would stay here again.
