A very good hostel with a nice common space and very friendly staff. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm with private bathroom. The area seemed to me a bit dangerous at night though.

The hostel itself was one of the nicest I've seen, and close to public transport, restaurants, and shopping. I would not, however recommend it for a woman travelling alone, because it is in a scary neighborhood known for drug addicts and dealers. You would have to take a taxi back every night.

great place to stay, but the location is somewhat of a turnoff... but for the price, I can live with that fact. I also learned that "private" doesn't mean that the room isn't private to your traveling party; only your bathroom, so if you have an extra bunk in your room, there is a good chance that someone else that is not from your group will take that bunk

I think the hostel shouldn't shut down the heater at night! it starts to work at around 8pm, but I woke up everyday morning because the room was very cold and the heater is no longer working. I find this is sooooooo bad since that can make one sick easily. Moreover, I put some food in the fridge when I checked in, but when I took back the food from the fridge in the morning maybe at around 7am, the fridge is not cool. & I find the FOOD that I BOUGHT IN NYC FOR MY FRIENDS AS NEW YEAR GIF

Nice common areas, friendly staff. The neighborhood is sketchy, but so conveniently located.

Great place to stay, only down side is getting harrassed by the winos etc but felt pretty safe. Loved my private room with ensuite and all the resources readily available. Great Hostel!!!!!!!!!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Nice clean room. Mezzanine level is comfortable and a good place to hang out. The area is not THAT bad but I can see how some people might be a little uncomfortable.

It was a good thing that there was a bathroom located in the room, but the water in tha bath tub wouldn't sink at first... It was gross. And I've never stayed at a hostel before where I've had to make my own bed (no real problem, just, bunk-beds are difficult if you have the top). Good lockers, but I'm lucky to have thought of bringing my own lock! The location of the hostel was scary, i had to walk through really dodgy areas to get there, with a lot of homeless people and could smell pot everyw

Surpizingly good stay we had. On this trip we also stayed at Mark Hopkins which was seven times as expensive and not as nice as our stay with you. Fanx for that :-) Greetings Camilla Fahlén
