H2O Guesthouse in Niagara Falls, South Korea

The worst ever. Reach there and was told they had communication problem with hostel.com and could not give us our room for 1st night and make us take a smaller room. Next day told us that they could not accommodate us for the rest of the 5 nights. We were ask to make do with a bigger room for 4 nights with no bed and ask to find another place for the last night. In the end we left after 2nd night. Worst place ever, small and rundown and no security at all. Staff left after midnight and d Jenny, from Singapore ~ 22nd Nov 2011

i am very happy staying in H20 guesthouse. the staff - judy is very friendly and speaks english fluently. she is also very kind and helpful. the guesthouse is very clean and tidy. i enjoys staying there and i would promote others to stay there too. welcome!! ahmad faiz, from Malaysia ~ 15th Sep 2011
