Bathroom also has washer and dryer in it, and the air is very humid, with a lack of ventilation. We discovered that everyone had the key to our bedroom - as it's the same key used for one of the entry doors!! Staff very friendly and helpful though; bed comfortable, and free internet was great.

Hello James! I have to inform you, that we have a special key system. Every customer has a key which opens the front gate and the door of their room (1 key opens more doors, but only specific ones- depending in which room you are). We did this because of security and practical (you only have 1 key which open all doors until you get to your room) reasons. We assure you that nobody else but your roomates had the key to your room. Otherwise, we are happy that you enjoyed in our hostel:)

The staff is really cool and give you lot of information concerning what you can do in the city (clubs, pubs, restaurants, sightseeing...). The hostel is really well situated in the center on the front of the river (lovely).If you come by car, you can park near the hostel for free.Only bad points: You have to leave at 10:30 so it is not really good when you want to go out. Netherveless, you can manage to stay a bit longer in the morning as far as you give back the key at 10:30. Caroline, from France ~ 27th Apr 2009

We were placed in down the street from the main hostel, which according to signs inside the apartment was actually the "Most Hostel". The room had lots of wires sticking out of the wall and had styrofoam blocking the window to the entry way. Overall it was ok, but I was a bit thrown off by the staff watching a porn video on the computer in clear view when I checked in. They were overall quite helpful and friendly, but the first impression was not so good. Other guests were very quiet, not so out Kathryn, from USA ~ 6th Mar 2009
