Although I really liked this hostel, the area around it seemed dead. I saw few people on the street on a weekday afternoon. Nevertheless there was enough to see and do for the time I stayed

Staff Person Jessica was an excellent source of information on how to get around the city. Her directions were the best I have EVER received from anyone!!!

We spent a night at the hostel on the way back from Canada, and it was an excellent experience. We arrived late, but there was someone there to welcome us, she recommended places to eat close by and she even reserved a taxi for us for the next day. The hostel is clean, quiet, cozy, and safe.

This is a nice, big clean hostel. Donnie, seemingly the head member of staff, is excellent - she's always willing to help with directions or information. Buffalo itself is pretty dead but the hostel's located very conveniently near the coach station and makes a sensible choice.

This hostel was perfect. In the most perfect convenient location, easy to find, airport bus stop right across the street. The fare free train right outside the door. In the heart, smack in the centre, of the theatre district. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were a DREAM!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything one needs to make meals and again spotlessly clean and orderly. I highly recommend this hostel.

very helpful manager behind the desk who provides a very warm welcome. The only slightly annoying thing is that they charge you $7 a day after you check out to use the facilities. Although its undertsandable if youre showering,using the inernet and cooking, we only wanted to cook some pasta before our bus left at 11pm so wouldnt have been longer than 20mins and were told we would still have to pay. Other than that though it was fine, really homely and comfortable.
