- “ I can only say positive things about this Hostel. The staff was terrific, the atmosphere was terrific, location...everything exceeded my expectations. If I had a suggestion it would be adding a hook to hang your coat on in the rooms. ”

- “ Good breakfast. Good room. I booked room for 4 persons and 1 bed in other room, but when we came we received room for 5 persons and it was very good. Did not like that I had to pay 3 euros per person more than stated on Hostels.com. ”

- “ If you are offering a place just for POOR students, please write it clear. I didn´t like to pay 28 euros per night for doing my own "bed" and then to take the blankets with me to leave them in the main entrance. I don´t know if there is or not elevator: we didn´t find it! We had to carry all our luggage 3 floors up through stairs. The room was not nice at all... I felt like in prison, white walls with some grafiti, gray floor, dark shower.... NO TOWELS!!! Here is when I have to say: BAD SERVICE ”

- “ Excellent customer service. I relied upon the staff quite a lot and they couldn't have been more helpful. Best customer service I've ever encountered! I think the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and some of the furniture replaced to make the rooms better. Apart from that, everything was great! ”

- “ This hostel was in a great location. It was very close to the castle (2 minute walk) and some neat places to eat. The reception guy was very nice and I liked the common area (and the cheap beer :)). The room was clean, but the bathroom was not (needs to be re-grouted, if you catch my drift). The morning breakfast was fantastic and the wifi was free. You had to pay for lockers, though, and they were on the main floor (not in your room). Great maps of the city were available at reception. ”

- “ Great location, but the building is very old. The sink in my room was broken, the shower probably 50 years old, and I also found an used plaster over my blanket, really disgusting ”

- “ a little tricky to find but once you're there you realise its in a great location. if i had to complain the only thing that bothered me were the pillows.....i believe they were made of plastic which really annoyed me, spent quite some time scratching my itchy sweaty head. Otherwise great hotel with superb staff( very friendly and helpful) ”

- “ Nice atmosphere. I thought I had the room to myself (no other beds were taken in the dorm)...Until a drunk guy came stumbling in with his linens at 1am. Woke me up. Not sure what that was all about. BE AWARE OF THE HIDDEN $3 you will pay for not being a member. ”

- “ отель находится в самом центре города и , соответственно, достопримечательностей, у нас был твин- чисто,тихо,все удобства, скромно, завтрак отличный, полотенце берите с собой, и еще - берут по 3евро с человека - за что - не очень поняла, а так же залог за ключ 10 евро, интернет работает х ”
