It was a good experience. Quite a walk to the falls but is near the river walk path. The place is clean and well maintained in the inside. It made scare people in the outside, but I care more about the inside. The staff member offered the book with all the attractions at a low cost. This is a good add on and great savings for visitors.

I had a good time at the hostel. The staff was very friendly and organized trips to for example to Niagara-on-the-lake. In humid summers it can be hard to sleep when the airconditioning isn't working. But they said they would fix it. The area the hostel is located is a little dodgy, but it is only 300 meters from the Greyhound bus terminal.

Really pleased with the location of this hostel with regards to the bus/train station as it actually was just a stones through away! The hostel was really clean but its downfall was that there were no lockers in the rooms and the cleaner kept leaving the doors open ' for airing' wich would hav been fine if she had her eye on them but she didn't. The receptionist was however really cheery and friendly!

hello, as a matter of fact I couldn't come to the hostel. I deeply regret it. So no ratings on character etc. BUT i called 2 times and got a really stressed lady at the phone who seemed to be disturbed by every call she received. So I apologize for having disturbed her 2 times in her life. But it doesn'T really matter i'll try it the next time again including a real visit at your place. On the other hand the response on my email request left a positive impression. best regards Fr

My stay at the Rainbow Hostel was short but extremely positive. It's a young, friendly and clean environment. I would definitely go back and recommend it. The single bathrooms with shower are major plus!!!! The staff is available and fun!

Everything was perfect. But when we pulled back our sheets there was stains all over them. It looked like someone wore their shoes into bed and pissed on it. Other then that it was perfect ^-^
