The location near downtown is really nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful - I got a refund because I paid to much when I checked it, without knowing and without asking for that! - , and the pub has great vegeterian food! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.the key cards were very frustrating though. Never worked for me I kept haing to go downstairs to get it re-swpied. (at all times of the day, not just after getting it re-swiped at 11) Otherwise, very good! Read Owner Comments Melanie, from Canada ~ 28th Feb 2011
