Overall, nice hostel.. Many activities organized by the hostel staff. Nice to get to know people if you are travelling alone. The only negative thing is that I was charged 5$ more per day because I didn't have the HI member card. Besides, it was a little bit misleading as that information was not displayed properly. laptop got stolen. left it on the bed so that it gets charged - so my fault. i just didnt like how the girl at the front desk reacted - she just didnt care. as i told it two guys who were in charge in the shift afterwards i was helped very well. it was a great stay in montreal, great pub crawl with many people, great staff, great and clean rooms, great food in the bar downstairs with for montreal good prices and much more... just sad that the shadow of the stolen laptop will always be on it Christian, from Germany ~ 28th Oct 2011

I was surprised that I had to pay 3$ to use one of computers. Moreover there was installed only IE in old version and due to this fact I was not able to enter some websites (greyhound site for example, which is very useful for traveller). Michal, from Armenia ~ 11th Oct 2011
