Your form is a little confusing. Is Excellent the last column? That's how I used it. Your hostel was very nice. The location and the staff were terrific. It was very clean, although some of the guests weren't so considerate and sometimes left the shower room with their stuff around. I had a great visit.

The location is excellent. There are lockers in the room, which makes it feel secure. Loved the free wifi. The room and bathrooms were very clean. A good choice for Quebec! Meghan, from USA ~ 20th Sep 2009

A very clean and well located hostel in the heart of old quebec. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldnt recommend this hostel if you want to meet lots of people and party as there were quite a few families and no communal area where people hung around.
