Once I went to this hotels as direction on the map. I was informed that the hostel was full and had to move to another branch of this hostel. First night, i was in hostel around Mongkok. The room was too small and there was no key! staff there will lock before I leave and will open door for me when i'm back. Other 2 nights, I moved to stayed in another branch around East Tsim sha tsui, it's very close to MTR. The room was bigger and safer. hi we had paid a deposit 2 stay here but when we arrived it was fully booked . the owner said there had been a mix up with her and her daughter as 1 takes bookings by phone and 1 from the internet . we booked and paid our deposit via the internet . she had booked us in at a place down the road called princess hotel and helped us 2 relocate there . princess had no internet acess which was very inconvenient 4 us as we need 2 plan the last 2weeks of our trip. this situation was not acceptable rosalind and gilbert, from New Zealand ~ 11th Nov 2011

It was a nice place to spend a few nights. Not the place to stay if you are after meeting fellow travelers but the price and room were ideal. The room was cleaned every day which was nice and the location is good, within walking distance to te metro star ferry terminal etc Bradley, from Australia ~ 8th Nov 2011
