The staff did show up in the train station to pick us up even though the train arrived 6 hours late. Great! The rooms are clean except inside the drawers. There is also lack of power points should need to charge your electronic devices.

Decent location, central Hué is pretty small so you can walk pretty much anywhere and there's always motorbikes and cyclos available. Some of the staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful with tours and bookings. Our room was clean aside from the fridge which had a load of ants from a previous guests spill. We asked them to clean it but it didn't get done. They were very busy though as it was the bi-annual Hué festival. All in all you could do a lot worse.

Probably the best run guesthouse that I've stayed in SE Asia! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and quiet rooms and close to the Old Town. Faultless!
The hotel is within walking distance from the Citadel and A LOT of restaurants are nearby. Rooms are clean, breakfast OK, new towels dayly. Our room (206) had a problem with a leaking watersupply in de bathroom ceiling. They offered us a new room, but we left the next day so we stayed in 206. The electrics were down for a couple of hours dayly, this resulted that our laundry (dropped of at 11 AM) wasn\\\\\\\'t dry at 5 PM or 8.15 AM. And our bus was coming at 8.30 AM!

Great hotels with lovely girls at Reception. Loved to chat with them. My room was big and clean, great location too. They provided everything free as promised and i am happy staying here and recommending to others. Dat rocks!

We had a really great time here while in Hue. The whole staff from friendly and helpful. On the day we were set to leave, they even let us stay some extra time in our rooms so we could rent bikes and shower afterwards. Would go back again next time we are in Hue!

Cleaning staff in the hostel damage some of our property whilst removing a mattress that had been leaked on by the air condition system. After reporting this to reception, they first denied even being in the room. After being reminded that they had moved the matress out of the room they then said they didn't break anything. It would have been acceptable if the had come clean and said it was an accident(as we are sure it wasn't done on purpose). Being lied to was rather unprofessional.
All in all I was very satisfied with this hotel. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, it is very clean and there is a lovely breakfast included. I would have liked if there was a mosquito net in the room but other than that it was a great stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was up three flights of stairs but was nice, clean and bright (with a window). The staff were helpful and friendly. Includes breakfast with coffee, a baguette, bread/butter and fruit and free internet use. It's a bit of a walk to the Citadel and tourist spots, though. We would recommend this place to others.
Good place to stay. Staff were friendly, very clean, and I got bumped up to a twin room when I booked a dorm. Great location too.
