So secure, you couldn't leave without staff's permission. Nice hostel, about a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Staff were very nice and knowledgable.

I would like to say that Haina Hostel was definetly a pleasant experience. Everything was more than ok and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was always clean and quiet although there was a bundge of people. The only thing I found quiet unusual was that you have to clean up your own dishes after breakfast ;))) If i ever go tu Cancún again I would try to stay there. ANd it wasn´t pricy at all!

Very nice staff, decent private room with bath, okay clean but a little grungy. Continental breakfast, plus use of kitchen. Pay for internet. Not a lot of charm, but, hey, it's Cancun, what can one get for this price in Cancun? I was only there from 2:30am until 11am so cannot give review of "fun" or interaction of guests.

I felt that I was being cheatted with the pictures that your website shows. When I got there to the Hostal, I could not believe the place- dirty, the reception area quite bad, the small room call lobby a disaster. I had made reservations for 2 nights ended up not staying even one night. The room that I was assigned had so much humidity, it smell, and the sheets and towels gray color. Very dirty place. I was changed to another room, but I decided to leave the Hostal to another Hotel. Did no

A very clean and friendly hostel close to the bus station and to restaurants and bars.You also get a nice breakfast in the morning and they have free access to the internet. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
