Very good place to stay in Cancun when you are travelling low-budget!

Hostel is a little difficult to find but is in a quiet location and still near the town centre and public transport. Great place to stay if you are wanting a clean, quiet, safe place to sleep.

This is a very average hostel. The staff were great but this hostel doesn\'t sstand out in anyway at all for me. There is a free continental breakfast and they man front desk 24hours a day. Also the wireless connection is reliable. One big downfall is that they only have one bathroom in the whole place so if someone is in there you are out of luck. Worth the $11 I paid I guess. shanelambert77@gmail.com

This place is mostly hotel rooms, with one dorm room that had four bunk beds (to sleep 8). Around 1:30 a.m., the staffperson came into the room looking for one of the guests. He searched by turning the lights on and hollering the guest\'s name loudly several times until he found which bunk the guy was in. Thoroughly annoying. Other than that, Haina is a nice little place -- pretty and very clean by the standards of most Mexican hostels (I guess that because it\'s mostly a hotel). Easy walking distance to restaurants, park, etc. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

proper air conditioning needed, not just a ceiling fan.

We were only in the hostel for 1 night but it was fine. The air conditioner in the private room was a bonus, you need an a/c in Mexico. The only thing that needs improving is breakfast, literally bread and coffee and that is it, otherwise everything was fine.

I literally only stayed a night, but the dorms were comfy and spacious enough. Good location like 5 mins from the major bus stops and the security was good as they locked the gate at night etc.

It is not as easy to find as it is described on thie Internet-Site. Bed-Sheets weren´t clean. The girl on the reception is unfortunately not as competent as we would have thought.

Breakfast would have been a bit better with a bit more selection but the coffee was very good and everything else was more than worth the money.
