The guy totally ripped me off. He picked me up at the airport then ditched me at this random out of town place that had no idea who he or I was. Avoid it!

That was the worst thing ever i was looking for the hotel for two hours and the taxidriver couldn't find it. Also other people tried to help us but no one knew the hotel where it was. Than we tried to call them but no one answered. Also the area where the hotel should have been was a very dangerous area with signs like no guns allowed here. I thinki will never book over your site again.

They do not appear at the airport, do not pick up the phone and any taxi driver knew about their existence. You dont want to arrive to Nairobi and end up trying to find a bed, amoung hackers, robbers and fake taxi drivers. If they exist, they are not reliable. book another hostel !

This was worst experience of my life. The hostel staff named Oliver picked me up from the bus station and gave me a 5 minute ride. He informed me that he changed my booking to let me stay at the YMCA, which is in the city center. He said that the Hakuna Matata is near the airport (but according to the description is supposed to be near the city center). When we reached the YMCA, they said the booking was lost and then we had to search for another place to stay, which ended costing me more. Oliver requested 3500 Kenyan Shillings ($50) for the ride, but I refused. Eventually, I paid 1000 ($14) to Oliver. A couple of days later, the tanother guy (driver)contacted me on my cell phone saying that he wanted the payment for the ride. Ends up that Oliver did not pay the driver the 1000 Kenyan Shillings which I had given to him. I recommend staying somewhere else in Nairobi. A.
