“ Great location, decently clean. At 9 AM, the shower never got hot... Not even warm- due to the lack of heating, it was very, very cold. Most of the corridors are outside, so dress warmly! Staff was annoying when when they changed bed linens at 8AM while I was still in bed! Chinese roommates were whiny, loud and inconsiderate - opened the indow when it was only 3C and left. Despite what the listing says, breakfast is NOT included! ”

“ Very nice hostel in a perfect location. The west lake is less than a stones throw away and is definitely a must see attraction. The food at the hostel is very good and reasonably priced too. The shower facilities are the best I have used out of all the hostels I have stayed at in China. ”

“ Me and my friend had booked a twin room,but when we reach the hostel, the staffs told us that they are out of twin room,they gave us a double bed room. we have to pay extra RMB55 for an extra bed as we don't want to sleep in a same bed.This is not very fair, I guess. ”
