Great Hostel. The staff was great and always there to help. If you are about to go to Hanzhou than this is definately the hostel you should stay at.

Very nice hostel. The doorm had an own baathroom which is nice. Very good food but a little uneven. Friendly and helpfull personel. Not much of an outdoor area but since it too warm outside no-one wants to be outside anyway.

A very good hostel. This was our second trip, we were happy to return here after a good stay last year too. The hostel could improve in three ways though: bins in rooms should be emptied every day; the room entry cards should be checked to make sure they work correctly; and, staff need to check the times of the show they sell tickets for, and give more information about it.

Very difficult to find, walked up and down the street to find the hostel so would help if there was a clearer dign, or better numbering on the street. Otherwise, very comfortable.

The hostel was perfect! Not only the hostel, but also the staff en the location. So central, 5 minutes walk from the Westlake. The staff is willing to help you with everything and is really doing a great job. The hostel is very clean, also the room! We were sleeping in a 4 persons dorm and it was perfect. The beds are a bit hard, but we had a nice sleep. Thanks for everything guys, for making our stay a wonderfull stay! I recommend this hostel to every-one!
My experience at the West Lake hostel made my trip to hangzhou so worthy. Service, location and the people were all prefectly combined. As much as I wanted to share more experience that I had, space is no longer enough. But thank u WEst LAke Hostel for making my stay in Hangzhou as unforgetable one.
I stayed at a single room (n. 202 on the 2nd floor but its bed is big enough for a couple) and the room was a good deal. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean and the environment/reception is comfortable and with a good vibe.
Staff were very willing but lacked knowledge about onward transportation links. They did, however, recommend the Romance of the Song Dynasty, which was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen!
