Hanoi Gecko Hostel in Lima, Vietnam

I have travelled all over the world and the service here is by far the best I have ever had.From booking flights and arranging our Ha Long Bay tour. It was the friendliest stress free environment and the staff are classic examples of the beautiful,friendly Vietnamese people. Stayed in Gecko Hostel for 2 nights and we had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. After check-in we received loads of information about the sights, where to go and where to eat. We did a tour and could leave our bags at the hotel. When we came back they even offered us the posibility to take a shower. It was all just very personal and friendly. Very nice hostel. We got a family room for the two of us. It had 1 double bed and a single bed and a great bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helped us arranging a cruise to Halong Bay. While we were on the cruise the hostel kept an eye on our luggage. The hostel are located in the middle of the city, with walking distance to everything worth seeing. We absolute recomend it. Very nice hotel with very clean room and friendly staff. They are so helpful and their smiling face made us feel very confortable to stay here. We stayed only one night for my birthday but they treated us with a big surprise! They gave me a big flower and a whole size birthday cake! Although we arrived here in a very early morning like 6 o'clock, they let us stay in the room and even offer us a free breakfast. Their breakfast is quite big and tasty. Genial! Estar situat al sorollos centre però amagat en un carrero..... de manera que estareu molt tranquils i podreu dormir! El personal és molt atent, les habitacions estan mooolt bé!( com la de les fotos) i tot estar molt net! Un dels millors Hostel on hem estat a Vietnam.
