Very bad standard, I would not recommend this hotel. You can get a much better hotel in Hanoi for the same money Seltmann, from Germany ~ 6th Sep 2011

DO NOT BOOK TOUR WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are way expensive than everyone!!! they cheated us and 5 more people that came with us to the Halong bay cruise, by telling us it includes lots of things on the boat and when we got there it happened to be a one big lie!they treated us very bad and thev were very rude also! my advice is pay 2 more dollars and go to the next hotel and don't get caught in their lies! Be CAREFUL -at the begining they are super nice but then they will try to make you pa ifat, from Israel ~ 29th Jun 2011
