Hanoi Orchid Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam

Don't book this hotel via internet. They didn't register our booking although we received confirmation emails and we send another personal email to confirm our late arrival. Consequence: the hotel was closed when we got there at midnight and they even didn't believe we booked it. After persuading them, we got the worst room in the hotel for the night. Overal not a bad hotel. Only issue was that they changed our room for the second night, which was discussed and fine, however they proceeded to move all of our belongings themselves without asking first while we were out.
