Hanoi Youth Hostel in Hanoi, Vietnam

Moderately clean when I first arrived, and there was a problem with toilet paper never being stocked in the bathroom on my floor, but the price is right, the staff genuinely tries to be helpful, and there have been no subsequent TP shortages for the more recent 5 nights I've stayed. I hope the staff would change the bed linen for each now coming guest. The luggage storage system need to improve their security, e.g. with the label/ ticket for identification of the luggage for each guest.
