“ the stove of our room is not working, yet, the staff is very friendly, let us use their own kitchen. the toilet is smells a bit, in our flat. ”

“ The place is clean and spacious. Near the westbanhof, just 5 minutes. You could walk 20-30 minutes to reach the Museum Quarter. Worth the money. Not so friendly staff. One staff (male, owner ?) told me to make voice call at my room not in a pleasant way. The WIFI connection was bad in my room, however at noon it became available. I think they're quite responsive but have to fix the way to communicate. ”

“ Great value for the money! Spacious, clean and with beds of a higher quality that other hostels. I booked a single room but got a whole 5-bed apartment for myself, with kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly staff. With just a few hundred meters to the West Bahnhof you can't beat the location. ”

“ We liked HappyHostel pretty much. Underground and grocery are close. And near restaurant "Inge&Gary" is perfect. WiFi worked very good. Cleanliness could be better, but it isn´t so bad. And... the bed was creaking horribly :D:D:D But we could recommend this hostel. ”

“ Very friendly staff!! The atmosphere was like how we imagined before coming - quiet, peaceful and neat.. The only thing that we want to comment is just the location - it was difficult to find if you just looking through the map given here.. You will have to ask a LOT of people around, or even better, information desk/police officers/cab drivers just to get yourself oriented.. We spent an hour looking for the building as it wasn't exactly like how they pictured it on the page :p ”

“ I am very satisfied with my choice of this hostel in Vienna. The hostel is more of an apartment house, where each room used to be a separate flat in a residential house built around 1900s. The staff is very-very friendly, the location is very good (3 mins from the railways station). For luggage, there are lockers available. Breakfast could be obtained in a cafe next door for 4 euros, but we never used this opportunity. In general, I liked this accommodation and I will recommend it to my friends! ”

“ Very nice and helpful staff. Perfect hostel for a weekend in vienna. Located near the Westbahnhof you reach the tube to the city center or the train station in less than 5 minutes. We never felt unsafe. Supermarket and bakery are around the corner. ”
