It looks much nicer on the pics on internet, the rooms are really dirty, as well as the toilets! i wouldnt come again.

All I can say is that they forgot to give us a blanket then didn't have enough to give out, all they could say was 'oh it's not that cold' (fall rainy weather). Awoken to a huge roach Flying over our bed... Not the best experience.

It's a great place to stay, it's just a 15 min. walk from the city and close to Kingscross!
The free breakfast was really good - if u like cereals =)The only bad thing was that I waited 2 hrs for the shuttle bus at the aiport and it never showed up!
The cleanliness in the bathrooms and rooms is ok! The staff was very helpful but one guy at the reception is not enough for such a big hostel! There was always a huge line with people checking in and out! But overall, I had a great time!

Overall a great experience. A walk's distance to King's Cross, the Opera House, etc (a good walk, but a walk nonetheless). They will pick you up from the airport if you stay 3+ nights, but they do NOT provide a free shuttle back to the airport. Just wanted to share because I felt that should have been stated more clearly.

I was very disappoited when they couldnt find me a pillow two days in a row so I needed to sleep on my wrapped bath towel

Really well located, and allot going on.
If your planing on being in Sydney for a week or so and want to be in the center of town definitely stay here.

Very bad staffing, only one member of staff at the busy times and they also seem to have a sign that says we will be back in 30mins out alot. Do not use there airport taxi service if you wish to get to the airport on time for your flight

About the airport taxi service, it is not ours, it is a city shuttle in an own company. Normally, it takes a 30 - 45 minutes drive to the airport, but it does depend on traffic. I apologize if you had a bad experience with them.
We do hope you will be back someday, so we can have the opportunity to change your mind about our hostel.

Whilst the overall atmosphere of the hostel was good; it was only the travellers that made it so, the staff left much to be desired.
We had informed the hostel that we would be arriving at 9pm, yet they closed the reception instructing us to come back in 15 minutes....half an hour later we were finally given our room.
Also an English woman checking in before us had been given a 8 bed mixed dorm when she had booked & paid for a 4 bed female dorm & the man on reception refused to refund her, te
