There was a flood in the bathroom and I asked to change rooms. They changed rooms after one night.

Gruss Gott, Meine Herren und Meine Damen- Sie haben mir viel geholfen mit meiner reise. Danke! The security is good, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The only problem that I had was with the lock on the shower room door. Other than that, everything was great!

Great for young people, not for taking your mother and her friend with all the noise from the young people below having the fun I wanted to be having. Little noisy, but wonderful clean awesome place to stay. I'll be back with my younger friends any day. I just wanted my mom to experience the hostel and so they did! I enjoyed it alot. It had an elevator too!

Really clean, bright, and fresh place. Good security system with the electronic cards. Our double room had its own bathroom. The interior is very new and clean. The staff is pretty cool and speaks good english. The location is ok I guess, short walk to the subway. WHen we stayed there there were just a bunch of young kids like 15-16 so that was kinda lame.

Increible hostel, de los mejores. un desayuno impresionante, lo unico, un poco lejos de la estacion y para kien lleve mochilas y tal se hace muy largo, pero una vez instalados way, ademas hay un super al lado. Muy bien.

The Haus International feels more like a hotel than a hostel. It was large and a bit impersonal but the staff were very friendly and helpful when approached on cigarette breaks. It's in a good location and just 4 stops on the U-bahn from the central station. I would advise that you make a note of which end of the station to exit from when returning to the hostel before you get drunk on a pub crawl or brewery tour, very confusing late at night.

The corridors and the stair well are echo chambers. They need carpet. The doors could be upgraded to block out the sound too. With all the excited youths it was hard to sleep. Very noisy!

The security to the rooms is great, but the shared bathrooms were not very secure. There are locks on the door but they didn't work. I felt uncomfortable using them because anyone could walk in and see you shower. It's about a 15 minute walk to the U-Bahn and it's in a nice quiet place. The staff is really nice, there's a cool club downstairs, and it's very clean. The only downside we had was that it was noisy. We stayed on a floor with tons of kids and they practically made noise all the time.
