Staff were in general very unhelpful and rather rude. Kitchen closes at 9pm so you are screwed if you are hungry after that. Very clean. No character as most people leaving for tours after 1 day. Brekki incl is Coles home brand bread for toast. Both days I went to brekki there was no milk for tea/coffee & no butter left, NICE!!

Not in the city center but an easy walk to the supermarket at the edge of the center. Very comfortable beds.

A bit expensive for what it is but the people at the reception do a very good job ! Very friendly, good recommendations. It is not super fun...but it is quiet in the evening which is good if you want a good sleep

staff were great especially a girl called Nadine..sorted us out proper with a 4 WD and was just really friendly.. place was always clean and one the best places i have stayed in.. free tea and toast in morning is brill too....

The haven is a fantatic hostel. The rooms are spotless, with LCD TV, fridge in the room is great. The kitchen facilities are fab and loads of space. Its about 10 minutes walk to the town centre were all the cafe's pubs, restaurants and shops are. Overall we had a great stay in Alice Springs and would recommend this hostel and also if you visit Alice Springs make sure you do the town tour its well worth it!
