  • This hostel had cockroaches crawling around in the public areas (stairwell, bathroom). There were signs around saying no noise after 9pm, but about 11pm, the staff seemed to be vacuuming every room on our floor. Cleaning staff were not friendly - never said hello or anything as we walked past often. The front desk staff were nice and the hostel is in a convenient location, although there seem to be a lot of homeless people around at night. I wouldn't stay here again.

  • I thought the location was pretty cool, it gave tourists another perspective of Japan. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Nozomi was very lovely and Okabe was friendly and funny.
