This place is in the middle of the red light district which sounds like fun but really is a bummer. The bathroom was flooded and smelled like a outhouse the whole time. I would not recommend this hostel.

this place was horrible. there is no chill out room or common area really. there is only one key for each room so half the time the door just ends up being unlocked all day and you can just walk into the hostel so it felt really unsafe. also pretty much every bathroom was flooded. the only reason we stayed here is because it was the only place open.

This place is located RIGHT ON the main Red Light District street. The place has a cool theme, but its also a bit dark and dirty. The breakfast was great- the best free breakfast I\'ve ever had. Beds were comfy and clean feeling, but the room was also really hot- even with both windows completely open. If it was a bit cheaper, or a bit cleaner, it\'d be perfect.

Don't stay in the heart of amsterdam. Stay anywhere else. This place had a nice reno job but they never clean it. And they only have one key for the room so if someone walks off you're screwed. No atmosphere, terrible place if you're traveling on your own

The place needs extensive decor overhaul too dark and dinjy,exterior looks like never seen a brush.Breakfast in reception area,bad idea.Very short staffed so place not cleaned thoroughly and no loo paper replaced.Shower leak in room above us so our room/beds got soaked,only consulation was very thick comfy beds and great lockers with night light etc.too expensive for wot we got so wudn't return here unless improvements were made
