The place is ok at the middle of the old madina which is the heart of marakesh. The most important place in the city. But the place also is not very fancy it needs some attention for the bathroom no soap and no private locker for anything you have. I have not lost anything or been stolen their but I was very worried and annoyed that I don't have a private locker. It is a bit expensive than other hostels arround but it is good and acceptable if your aim is to discover the city.

There is no computer for the supposed free internet. We were charged to keep our bags at the hostel after we checked out. Kinda sketchy.

A brilliant location right in the heart of the medina as per the hostel name. A very basic hostel and no windows in our room but the cheap price compensates. Staff were friendly

It certainly is in the heart of Medina with lots of craziness, but the hostel was a nice safe refuge. Limited facilities, but friendly people.

We needed to leave early and when we asked to cancel in advance, they refused to give us any money back!
We didn't quite know what to expect. It was ideally situated, the staff friendly&helpful- but not fluent in any language but their own- &the beds comfy. The hot water didn't reach up any higher than the ground floor shower. Many of the bedroom doors didn't have locks so take a padlock with you for your suitcase/bag. This hostel is basic in what it offers, but when you look at the general living conditions in Marrakesh, we were very pleased with what the hostel had to offer.

if you need a bed and somewhere to store your bag (dont leave anything of value in the rooms, the key is a joke) then this place is in a great location for the marrakech market. dont expect more then a few pieces of bread and tea for breakfast. and the bathrooms smelled really bad - no hot water.

It´s a backpackers hostel for that it´s very good the staff is friendly and everything is clean. If you need something they help you directly, even if you want a tee in the middle of the night.
