  • The setup of the beds in the mixed dorm where I was in is good with the walls dividing each. Thick blankets kept us from being exposed to the 24-hour air conditioning system. Fellow guests are helpful and friendly too as I run to them when the owner is not around. The owner Vascz is very friendly and helpful. I like the way he checks the rooms from time to time, and even during nighttime because he does not want any stranger inside. That for me is an added security.

  • The manager was less than helpful and when we arrived he said that he was overbooked and that he always overbooked. Even though I had made reservations well in advance he gave me the complete run around about how he had no room. Eventually I was able to get a bed and our time is Singapore was incredible but it definitely did not start out on the right foot at Hello WOW.

  • It was an Excellent Hostel, the beds were new and comfy, it has an individual lamp for each bed, which is awsome as you dont bother all the people in the room when you arrive. If you read the terms and conditions you wont have any problem with the prices, as it says clearly you have to pay a 10% extra fee on the total price. It is close (10 minutes walking) to the MRT, and also to two bus stations. People there were very nice, we did not want to leave, it was a really nice place. Tatiana -Jose

  • A pleasant hostel with services as lockers, sheets, WIFI and instant coffee. The owner was really amiable and servile, and the other guests were nice as well. The location is a bit off, and there are quite a few transits if you take the MRT from Changi.

  • Make sure to tell guest to search for Moonstone View and walk down to Opal Crescent instead. Even taxi drivers have a hard time finding Opal Crescent.

  • Only stayed one night in Singapore but for what it was Hello WOW worked just fine without leaving a lasting impression. Free coffee in the kitchen is always a plus and the dorm bed was probably the best one I´ve had in a hostel so far (been out for almost five months).

  • It is cheap and value for money. The location is a bit inconvenient. You have to take MRT to go anywhere interesting. The no shoe inside the house rule is inconvenient and not good to sanity, especially in such hot country.

  • The manager of this hostel doesn't respect any privacy ,he can come to speak loudly with his friend in early morning in your room. and he always clean the room in the midnight, you can not sleep well because his disturbance. His motto is" this is my hostel and there is no rules here". so imagining how a hostel without proper regulation looks like? This is what happened in this hostel, the facility is new and the management is poor. Hostel is hostel, and no one treat it as their home.
