Can\'t say much about it since I spent only 1 night there (arrived at midnight, left at 6am). However, we had a shark diving booking with them, and although we were driving, we were supposed to follow their transport to the place where the boat leaves from. They decided to leave 5 minutes earlier, and we were left behind. The guy who was in there had no idea who to call or which company was doing the diving trip, he just had no clue. We found a \"take one\" flier by the window, and we were just lucky enough to be the same ppl who we had an appointment with, and also to have a GPS which took us where we had to go. The only good side was if you do the shark diving you get the accommodation for free :)

Breakfast could be better, but the house is really nice! Cheerful, colourful and lots of beautiful wall paintings.

What a great discovery! Friendly and great value hostel in this fantastic little town. The staff (and freindly cat and dog)go out of their way to make you feel at home. There's also a pool and a cool bar area outside to relax in. All in all a great experience and I can recommend this hostel to anyone.

Hermanus backpacker's was amazing! The staff were so nice and helpful and I keep in touch with them. The location is great and they offer an amazing free breakfast and reasonably priced dinners. Plus there is more than enough space to store and cook your own food. They also have a great selection of movies and you feel like you are curling up on your own couch.
