Maria is super nice, she welcomed us and then immediately pulled out the town map and gave us a suggested day plan so we'd be able to make the most of our short time in Brugges. One recommendation, it'd be nice if the shower had a door or a curtain. Tia, from Canada ~ 25th May 2011

Very warm welcome from Maria. Feel like at home. Detailed and useful instruction where to go, where to eat (definitely try out Salade Folle, Cambrinus and ribs at Passage!) and where to book bikes. Good breakfast. Beautiful and cozy room and the whole house. Great location - area is calm and beautiful, but everything walkable. Stayed for three nights and enjoyed a lot. Shared facilities were not a problem at all for us. Good price and will recommend for sure. Andrejs, from Latvia ~ 9th May 2011

If you're looking for a clean, very quite and intimate place, this is the one. Maria is amazing, like a mom or granny!!She loves her town so she will welcome you explaining you all you need to know about the city. She personally cooks you breakfast in the morning and she will tell you stories about her life!!I would say this is more a b&b than a classical hostel because actually this is her house! And remember to leave your shoes in the hall at night! cristina, from Italy ~ 2nd May 2011
