- “ This hostel was very underwhelming due to the lack of service and how they charged us 40 euros over the agreed upon price on this website. They did not speak English or Italian very well so it was hard to speak to them and they would not accommodate us. They insisted on us paying with cash even though they had a credit card reader visible on the desk. The only advantage of this place is its location to the Termini stop. Overall I would not recommend this hostel to anyone. ”
