- “ We arrived 10pm and the staff was a trainee without a trainee badge. She said she couldn't find our booking and asked us to wait. She served two other customers until we stopped her and said why it is taking her so long. We ask for the manager and she said the manager is coming and the manager never came down. After 1 hour another customer is even more helpful than the staff and tried to help. after another 30 minutes we finally paid normal rate. No English speaking staff. Very bad service. ”

- “ We thought it was inappropriate that our bathroom didn't have a door. We also expected the room would be cleaned and towels would be replaced on a daily basis, but found that we had to ask the reception for this to be done. We were shocked to find that the hotel didn't have an iron! And 100RMB for a game of snooker is more than just a little over-priced!! On the positive side, the reception staff spoke some English and were friendly and helpful. It was also really cheap to stay there! ”

- “ Good place with good rooms. very clean. staff cant speak english well, we took an hour to order pizza. in addition they werent ready for us and we came at 4am and had to stay up to 8am because our room wasnt ready. in addition they arent helpful when it comes to tourist they dont have maps of shanghai in the hotel and they cant book you anything. i would recommand you to choose another place if you come to shanghai to travel. ”
