This is advertised as a bed and breakfast and that is exactly what it was. It was clean, warm and comfortable. On the down side, there was not much of a view from my room, and there was a hint of dampness. However it was a basement room with a shower. It had been recently decorated to a good standard. The only other negative thing I felt was the sound insulation between rooms was poor. It suited my purpose of acting as a holiday base and I would definately go back in the future. Está bien situado, muy cerca del centro de Inverness. La habitación regular, se notaban los muelles del colchón, pero mas o menos limpia. El desayuno un poco mal organizado, no sabíamos si teníamos que ir a buscarlo a la cocina o que. Ana, from Spain ~ 27th Aug 2009

I couldn't have enjoyed more my stay at Highlander B&B. I booked the single room, up in the last floor. It had it's own bathroom and was quite comfy, a bit tiny, but yet great. Robert, the owner, helped me a lot and made my stay even better. I didn't get the chance to use the kitchen, but everything seemed quite OK. Location is great too. Just five minutes from Inverness Castle. If I ever go again to Inverness (which I probably will do) I plan on staying at the very same room. Victor Manuel, from Spain ~ 19th Aug 2009

Staff really helpful and friendly. Place very clean, chocolates like wellcome and tea and coffee for free in the room. Just one street from Inverness high steet. Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast (toasts, coffee and cereals) but I would repeat it. Aroa, from Spain ~ 8th Jun 2009
