almost impossible to lock room door. poor kitchen ventilation means whole hostel constantly smells of cooking grease. top sheet and duvet smelled like they hadn't been washed. shower water temp went from scalding to freezing for no reason.
Way to expensive for what you get for a double room with private bath.

I paid $90 per night (reduced to $80 after complaint) for a private room which had no AC, no TV, no tea-making. Bed on rollers crashes d intosandblasted wall and showers of debris resulted. Couldn't sleep because of drinking session outside my door.

Very dirty rooms, got some bugs there. Soap is missing in the bathroom. nobody has cleaned the bathroom in 3 days. no lockers.

from the minute i walked in, the staff were ready to help and made me feel right at home. also loved the fact that i could watch family guy as if i was in my own front room. loved it.
