They would not take our money for the whole stay and then gave my room away, so I cancelled my return trip and stayed up the street. I was there and wanting to pay for my whole stay. It's a shame you couldn't make that easier on me and your self and then you gave my room away...

The place is wide open so you can pretty stay there even if you dont have a room, which is bad and the staff clean the room pretty poorly. Aside from those two factors it is a great place to stay at. It is extremely close to the beach, and the people there are great, and there is so much fun to be had there. It's a must visit for sure.

Welcome to the money machine - that is was you feel upon arrial and when you leave! They charge you for everything; storage when you leave is $5, safe i $3 each time you open it, internet is $10 an hour, bookie boards must be rented and so on. (you can find many of these things for free on other hostels). The doorms was allright but the floor and the bathroom was very dirty even when the housekeeper had just left. The staff was very rude when we checked in but the manager was very helpfull later

I would like to say that not all the staff is very poor. Actually, only the guy who works during the night (BALD ONE). You can bet that none of your guests would say something different. He believes he works in a prision and treat guests as prisioners.Let me know if you need further info and real situations faced given his madness.
