fabulous family run hostel...really nice and chilled.

Unfortunately I have to give that bad rating because they really messed it up with me. I wanted to extend my stay and victor told me it's not going to be a problem. The next morning I had to change room and stuff. Even the manager who was there did nothing to satisfy me and blamed me that its my fault. The problem is, that it is not necessary for them to have satisfied guest because they have enough. An Advice: Check other hostels in Durban. There are cheaper an better ones
