Home from Home Hostel in Moscow, Russia

4 of us booked a 6 bed dorm, but we all ended up in what seemed to be a double room with four beds in it (two of which were camp beds). It was very cramped. The showers were some of the worst I've come across (including those in the school I lived in when teaching in China). The hostel, in general, was filled beyond capacity, with some people sleeping in corridors/common rooms without doors. However, the staff were very helpful. Rachel, from Scotland ~ 7th Nov 2009

Perfect location to see Moscow - tube is just a couple minutes away. Staff was friendly and helpful from receptionists to the cleaning lady. However kitchen was opened at last day of my stay, and some "regulations" may be misleading.(deposit for linen?) or no payments accepted by credit/debit card - cash only(?) basically good value for money Marcin, from Poland ~ 30th Aug 2009
