The staff was unfriendly but not rude. The restroom was very very small and I almost put my head into the toilet when I wash my hair. Because of the capacity, I think it's hard to do shower. There're some benefits, however, the location, cleanliness and the value for money are perfect, I can say. One more thing, there's no universal outlet. JINSEON, from South Korea ~ 7th Jan 2012

Close to subway, but hard to find in the building. Didn't seem too secure. Had a computer that could use for free to check email. Staff were absorbed in their own entertainment and not that attentive. Once asked they were helpful however. Andrew, from USA ~ 1st Jun 2011
