The cleanliness of towels provided needs to improve. Lot of hair strains is tangling with the stack of towel in the common area.
Washing machine is located at the common area, we put the used towles at our common area awaiting for washing. What's wrong with such practice????Where we should handle those used towels are you expecting us ??
