Location good, v. close to airport bus stop and Causeway Bay MTR station. Staff were okay, not rude as other reviews have suggested. Actual rooms are on 10th floor whereas reception is on 3rd floor, so it's a bit of a pain. Tricky to find at first - there are TWO front doors on Paterson St saying 'Paterson Building' - it's the second one you need (when walking up from Causeway Bay towards the harbour side). The location is excellent and right in the centre of the fashion street in Causeway Bay. But the room is tidy as the typical size og HK style but is clean. The price is very high during peak season. Overall experience was basic but still good. Ian, from Malaysia ~ 4th Jan 2012

Friendly and helpful staff. Dorm rooms are kind of small and shared bathroom can be noisy.Facilities seem kind of old, but typical of most Hong Kong hostels. But very clean, safe, and good location near subway in Causeway Bay Lilly, from USA ~ 29th Dec 2011
