Had reserved a room in the E-Block but got a room in the A-Block. Just on our arrival we witnessed a complaint from a guest about being ripped off by the management, the next day the same with a group of students. On the third day the police was present... seems like a pretty trustworthy business, humm? We moved one floor upwards to the Chunking Mansion (deluxe hotel) who provide a lot more value for just a little more money. We absolutely don't recommend the Star Hostel
