If you have any intention of sleeping in London, do not go here. The floor literally shakes past three in the morning from the club downstairs. The 'fun' atmosphere isn't so great when all you want is some peace and quiet. Hostels of equal cost have infinitely better facilities, with showers in the rooms and no oddly dark stains on your bedding. Everything would be fine, to be honest, since it really is very cheap. but the noise is just intolerable. Read Owner Comments Beata, from USA ~ 5th Jan 2012

Everyone was really friendly. Free breakfast was nothing fancy but hey it was free! No trouble with the noise from the bar downstairs. Hot showers which are always important! Would definitely stay here again. Elizabeth, from New Zealand ~ 27th Sep 2011

One of the most fun hostels I've stayed in while in the UK and would highly recommend. Great bar/live music venue on site. Some people on this website and hostelworld have complained about the noise but it is not at all bad and I have stayed at over 50 hostels around the world and have have heard far worse, even here in London. The only negative point is that its located in one of the grimier parts of London and is a bit of a walk from the nearest tube stn. Martin, from New Zealand ~ 22nd Apr 2011

this is the most awful hostel that i even lived. Loudly music till 3am, dirty kitchen room, nobody wash their dishes, dirty room. Our room is living a crazy woman who is yelling, singing when she back to the room at around 2 or 3am, i guess she drunk but it's too crazy!!!! and she was yelling somebody who was snoring. I couldn't sleep for 2 nights cos of the music outside and the crazying woman. I will not recommand anybody to live in this hostel. Por, from Hong Kong ~ 12th Apr 2011
