Very poor & dishonest service: one day before I arrive the guesthouse, I receive their mail, claim they offer free pick-up from the bus station. When I arrive and call them, the receptionist insist they have no pick-up. I insisted and told her about the mail, she offers a pickup, but very unhappily (You must insist on your right!)Why do they offer promise while not intending to fulfill? The dorm is very crowded, no place for luggage, locker box not enough, and dark. Suggest stay in single room. Cheng, from China ~ 4th Mar 2012

Pros: Conveniently located to the ancient town of Hoi An (about 10 minutes walk). Staff are always around for you to ask questions. Cons: Cleanliness of rooms is not consistent. The dorm room seems cleaner than the double private room, considering the fact that the en suite costs more than the dorm room. The en suite was very dirty with molds and dusts everywhere. The sheets and towels all have stains. I know it's not a 5 stars hotel, but at least have the decency to dust the place. Wouldn't Van, from USA ~ 28th Feb 2012

Staff were helpful, the lady at reception told us the best places to get tailored clothes, cheapest places to eat and the people to avoid. The room was simple. The location was awesome, center of town 30 secs away. Breakfast (free) was awesome!! Defs craving the pineapple pancake and smoothies. Madeleine, from Australia ~ 23rd Dec 2011

It's a functional, inexpensive, well-located way to access Hoi An. Everything you need is within reach. The price seems to be the top draw. Timothy, from USA ~ 4th Sep 2011

This place seemed to get a bad rap when it came to the ratings but I found it perfectly suitable to any travelers needs. The dorm room seemed to be lacking but for an extra dollar you can get a private room with fan and tv.Staff was helpful enough when I inquired about anything and the location was very good and near where you get dropped off from the open bus tour.I would go back there.
