Basically a house in an residential part of town. No place to lock things up, no locks on the room door when you leave, and you aren't even given a key, you must ring the bell every time you want to come back in. Acceptable for a night, but expensive for what you get.Avoid puerto montt in general if possible. Adam, from USA ~ 14th Mar 2012
