Hospedaje Familiar LLipimpac was amazing. The rooms were clean and exceeded our expectations in every way. The showers were hot. The staff was the most friendly and helpful that I have ever experienced. I am recommending this hostel to everyone I know.

When we first arrived here we were greeted with a hot cup of coca tea and a warm welcome. The rooms are all very clean, the location is perfect and very safe and the atmosphere in the hostel is just lovely. Elisabeth the person who runs the hostel along with her staff are all just amazing. They are incredibly welcoming and kind. We went off to do a 4 day jungle trek up to Machu Picchu and were able to leave our bags here which was great as we could not take them with us. We came back to the hostel after 4 days of gruelling trekking and were welcomed back with open arms. It was like coming back to home and to luxury. We stayed in some other VERY BASIC hostels in Santa Maria and Santa Teresa that were a million miles away from this hostel in terms of comfort. Showers are hot which is such a plus and something that you really appreciate after trekking. this hostel was recommeded to me by a friend and I would definately reccomend it to others who are travelling.

Large rooms with good bathrooms. Rooms cleaned every day. Good hostel.

Lovely place to stay although would have been easier if we had good Spanish. The buzzer security gate system was annoying as you could get trapped between the main gate and the patio door! I felt I was annoying the staff every time we went in and out. Lovely breakfast, hot showers and good tv!

Need to provide heaters, as the rooms were freezing cold-a fact agreed upon by all others we met in the hostel. Seemed to be very money orientated, as opposed to being service orientated. Breakfast needs to be improved, especially for vegetarians.

This hostel is more like a hotel than a hostel. The building is very nice with private accommodations, and it is also very safe and secure. It's not a party hostel, but has a very accommodating staff, and includes many ammenities that others do not. Make sure to say hi to Cubito, the hostel dog.

The hostal is not at all without her waitresses, because to the hosts definitively not interactuan with your guests,There is no family environment; in fact; there is no environment On having used the kitchen and the room of being, one feels inconvinient and bothering the owners, better not to offer these services But the place is very calm and the nice and clean rooms; much better than different hostels in Cuzco Only, that if they were improving the breakfast and the athmosphere ; it would be the perfect place
