Hostal Balmaceda - La Serena in Panama City, Chile

The Hotel is very close to the center, the rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. Television and Wifi is included and the dog is taking care for the security. For 22000 pesos per night with a whole kitchen, two bed rooms it was perfect. The bus station is in walking distance, approx. 10 min., the city center 10 min. too.
